SMS Consent & Notifications
Consent to Receive Messages
Users verbally consent to receive SMS messages during phone calls with VoxPilot-powered AI assistants or when submitting their phone number through a business inquiry form.
Before any SMS messages are sent, the assistant asks for permission using language similar to:
“Would it be okay if we send you text updates regarding your inquiry, scheduling, reminders, or follow-up information at this number?”
SMS messages are only sent after the user provides consent.
These communications are purely transactional and conversational in nature and relate exclusively to:
- appointment scheduling
- appointment confirmations
- inquiry follow-ups
- reminders
- essential business notifications
